1. Who we are: we are Contemporary Type LLC, a company registered in the United States, under company number 2021-001042675, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801 United States.
2. What we do: CT operates as a marketplace, enabling users to offer, sell, and buy digital content. We neither own the digital content listed for sale on our Website nor participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. The sales contract involves the buyer and the seller, and we are not a party to this transaction. In our capacity as providers of hosting services, we do not engage in general content monitoring on the website. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers or from content transmitted via our Website.

  3. Matomo traffic analytics: we use self-hosted Matomo cookieless traffic analytics tool for statistical purposes to improve our website, error analysis and to comply with legal requirements. The analytics data includes anonymized IP address, approximate location (city level), device information, referrer, time spent and the visited pages. The data is anonymized and we cannot identify the person based on it. You can opt out from the analytics by clicking here. Providing your personal information to third parties

  1. Business transitions: as we grow and develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transitions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice. We are not a party to that relationship, and we are not responsible for personal information those third parties may collect or process.
  3. Third-party service providers: we engage third parties to perform functions on our behalf or to provide specific services. This includes payment processing, sending postal mail and email, providing customer service and marketing assistance, analyzing data, hosting, and transmitting content. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, and their data processing may be subject to their own privacy notices.
  4. Laws and Harm: we may disclose your personal information when we are legally required to do so; to enforce our General Conditions, to protect the rights, property, or safety of CT, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
  5. Social interactions: if our Services support interactions between users, other users may be able to see your personal information such as your activity, profile, and the information it contains. They may also communicate and interact with you. It is up to you how to interact with other users.

Where, when, and how we store your personal information
1. Place. We are registered in the United States and operate globally. We may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in the United States or other countries outside of where you live for further processing to any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers for the purposes as described in this Privacy Notice. Whenever we share information outside of where you live, we ensure safeguards are in place to protect the data as required by law where you live.

EEA, Swiss, and UK residents, please note that we may transfer your personal data to the countries recognized by the UK, Switzerland and the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. This Section is in addition to the information provided above and applies to “consumers” as defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the New York Privacy Act, and the Texas Data Privacy (together, U.S. State Privacy Laws), and serve as a notice at collection under the California Privacy Rights Act.

4. Personal information collected and processed. We collect and process, and have collected and processed in the preceding 12 months, the following categories of personal information:
  1. Identifiers such as your name, surname, postal address, online identifier, IP address, email address, username, or other similar identifiers;
  2. commercial information, such as the details of the Services you ordered from us;
  3. geolocation information such as IP address and device location data;
  4. internet and other electronic network activity information such as username and your interactions with our Services;
  5. sensitive information: the categories of personal information we collect and disclose for business purposes may include “sensitive personal information” as defined in the U.S. State Privacy Laws. We do not process or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose expressly prohibited by the U.S. State Privacy Laws;
  6. de-identified information: we may use de-identified information in some instances. We either maintain such information without attempting to re-identify it or treat such information as personal information subject to applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws.
5. Sharing your personal information – we do not sell your data. We do not “sell” or “share” your personal information. However, we may share your personal information for business purposes or at your direction. For example, we share your personal information with our data hosting and storage providers. Section ‎4 details how we share personal information with third parties.
6. Data Retention. We keep your personal information as long as it is necessary to provide you with our Services and to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Notices, as permitted, or as may be required by law, or as otherwise communicated to you.

8. Your rights:
  1. Right to know what personal information we collect and correct it. You have the right to request details on the specific personal information we have collected about you and the right to correct inaccurate information.
  2. Right to know who we share your information with. We do not “sell” or “share” your information, but we do share your information with third parties for legitimate business purposes as described in this Privacy Notice.
  3. Right to deletion. You have the right to request deletion of your information unless an exception applies. Examples of exceptions include when we need to keep your information to meet legal obligations, detect fraud, investigate reports of abuse or other General Conditions violations, or fix security issues.
  4. Right to non-discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment, in a manner prohibited by the U.S. State Privacy Laws, for the exercise of your privacy rights. We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the U.S. State Privacy Laws.
  5. Right to opt-out of profiling. You have the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer. We do not engage in such profiling as defined by applicable U.S. State Privacy Laws.
  6. Right to opt out of targeting advertising. You can do so by contacting us as described in Section ‎1 above and in the case of cookies, by managing your cookie choices through the cookies banner or by disabling them otherwise on your device.
  7. Right to appeal. If we deny your rights request, and you live in a state that provides for this right, you may have the right to appeal that decision.
  8. Right to get a timely response. You have the right to make two free requests in any 12-month period. We will respond to your requests as described below.
9. Exercising your rights. You can exercise your rights by submitting a verifiable consumer request using the contact details specified in Section ‎1 above, in accordance with the instruction provided below.
  1. Only you or a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a consumer request related to your personal information. If you are a California resident, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf if (i) such authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity registered with the Secretary of State of California, and (ii) you have signed a written declaration that you authorize the authorized agent to act on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by the consumer to act on their behalf.
  2. The request must (i) provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and (ii) provide sufficient details to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
  3. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.   4. We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If reasonably possible, we will provide your personal information in a format that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information without hindrance.
  5. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
